My Monkey Valley News Trailer was quite complex in terms of content and not an easy one with a number of technical challenges… and I feel like singing “…It’s been a hard day’s night” … and am indeed happy that finally! I have a sexy result – see it on YouTube:

Customers often have no clue what’s implied even with a little 25 second clip like this one… and they wonder why they have to pay high prices in the industry.
Well… creating this short and dynamic “Monkey Valley News” Trailer implied very sophisticated programs like:
~ ADOBE Photoshop CS4
~ ADOBE After Effects CS 4 …duh… what a learning curve… and these are supposed to be my ‘holidays’… just a week… but I’m just passionate about da movies…!
~ ADOBE Premiere PRO CS4 … a dicy one as I need to buy more RAM to have substantially more memory (this shopping list never ends, does it?)
~ ADOBE Media Encoder CS4
~ ADOBE Media Player.
I guess I may have forgotten one or the other. As an example, the ADOBE CS4 Master Collection alone has a List Price of U$2499.99 (Source: Google).
Besides, it obviously needs:
~ a Digital Camera with a skilled eye behind it;
~ a licensed Audio and/or own sound material;
~ a skilled professional firstly to create the Concept and then do the entire Execution (or outsource parts of it as the case may be of course). Bear in mind: we always keep learning here… in this field of operation there is absolutely no standstill, very much to the (costly) contrary ! But it’s stimulating, exhilarating and indeed challenging!
~ Oooops… the most important: a fast and well equipped PC! Almost forgot that… plus the fastest line possible… sort of a ‘snail on wings’ down here in the sticks :)
